Level 2 Qualification
Duration: 1 Day Course

Enables workplace and public staff to perform CPR and use an AED promptly and safely, improving survival chances after cardiac arrest.

- Rapid assessment and effective management of unresponsive casualties and choking
- Safe infection control, scene assessment and post-incident reporting skills

CERTIFICATION & ASSESSMENT

– Practical assessment throughout the day and written assessment
– Level 2 Award in CPR and AED issued on successful completion
– Certificate valid for 3 years; annual refreshers recommended
